Coach Transfer
Bus transfers are a cost effective transfer option from New Chitose airport to the Niseko ski resort. The typical journey takes around 2.5 – 3 hours. Whilst convenient and hassle free, all coach transfer options are scheduled services departing at set times, which may not suit all customers. Based on your arrival / departure time, Setsu Niseko will arrange the most suitable service.
Important Information
- Booking must be made at least 9 days in advance.
- The couch journey is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours depending on the weather conditions.
- Infants 2 years and under are free of charge but must seat on an adult's lap.

This service is exclusive to Setsu Niseko guests.
Cancellation within specific time frame before booking commencement will incur cancellation fees as below:
4 days: 30% cancellation / modification fee
2 days: 40% cancellation / modification fee
The day before and on the day: 100% cancellation/ modification fee
Cancellation includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking and no-shows
We strongly advise guests to purchase travel insurance to cover any cancellation fees.
