Housekeeping Officer

Job Overview

The Housekeeping Officer performs day-to-day housekeeping tasks. The team works together to improve the service every day for the owners and guests to experience the best hospitality in Setsu Niseko.

Responsibilities and Duties

The key tasks that are required of this person include:

  • Guest room cleaning (Bed making, kitchen, bathroom, living room cleaning)
  • Room inspection after cleaning
  • Making daily cleaning report
  • Handling guest requests (delivery amenities, towels)

Reports to: Setsu Niseko Housekeeping Manager

Qualifications / Requirements
  • Like to keep things clean and tidy
  • Understand Setsu Niseko’s vision for customer service and be committed to its delivery
  • Be an excellent, flexible, inspirational and involved team player
  • Ability to set priorities and work to deadlines with close attention to detail
  • Always be punctual and considerate of fellow work colleagues
  • Visa status permitting work in Japan
Standard Working Hours

9 hours per day (with 1 hour break); between 7:00-24:00; 5days a week.

Employment Benefits
  • Monthly salary: 230,000 yen ~ 280,000 yen (plus annual discretionary bonus)
  • Paid statutory holidays.  10 days after 6 months of employment, 11 days after 1 year, and 6 months of employment
